Hayes Grier's Injuries Revealed in Official Statement

Hayes Grier‘s rep is speaking out to correct reports that the social star was injured in a car accident.

The 16-year-old former Dancing With the Stars contestant was actually hospitalized after sustaining injuries in a dirt bike accident.

“Earlier today, Hayes Grier was involved in a dirt bike accident and immediately transported to a local hospital,” the rep said in a statement. “Hayes suffered a concussion, broken rib, bruised lung, and multiple skin lacerations. Thankfully, he is OK and currently resting and recovering in the hospital surrounded by his family, where he will remain for the next few days. We can’t thank you all enough for the outpouring of prayers and support for Hayes!”

Hayes‘ older brother, Vine star Nash Grier, released a statement earlier in the day asking fans to pray for his younger bro.
