Aly Raisman's Parents Go Viral Again After Nervously Watching Rio Olympics! (Video)
While Aly Raisman was the picture of focus during the women’s artistic gymnastics qualification at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games on Sunday (August 7), her parents couldn’t have been more nervous!
The 22-year-old gymnast’s mom Lynn and dad Rick watched from the stands and couldn’t help but squirm in their seats as they saw her perform her routine.
Luckily, Aly did in fact qualify for the all-around final for her second Olympics in a row.
If you don’t remember, her parents made headlines for the same funny reasons back during the 2012 London Games.
“I get nervous because I know what goes into it and how many hours she’s prepared and how hard she is on herself, and I want her to be happy and go out there and do the best performance she can do,” Lynn told People. “So when it’s over, she is happy no matter the results, so I do get nervous. But whatever she was doing I want her to have the best outcome.”
