Shailene Woodley Arrested for Trespassing

Shailene Woodley has been arrested for trespassing on Monday morning (October 10).

The 24-year-old actress was involved in a peaceful protest for the Dakota Access Pipeline at a construction site in Sioux County, North Dakota.

About 100 other protesters joined Shailene at a construction site before police came and arrested several people, including Shailene, TMZ reports.

The pipeline has caused much controversy as it is set to be built on Standing Rock Sioux land and burial grounds.
