Bailee Madison Shares Fun BTS Moments From 'Night Before Halloween' Movie

Bailee Madison is taking on the horror genre with a brand new Syfy film, premiering TOMORROW!

In The Night Before Halloween, when a Halloween prank goes wrong, it unleashes a creature that will hunt each of the participants down and kill them, unless they can figure out how to transfer the curse to someone else.

“As a horror film fan myself, I love that I get lost in horror movies, no matter how many times I tell myself, ‘this isn’t real, it’s a movie,’” the young actress shared with JJJ.

Bailee added, “I love that there’s no rule about how pretty you have to look on a monitor. There are no requirements to be proper. You get to lose yourself and go crazy on camera. It’s a thrill.”

• 1. We filmed a majority of this film at night which meant we worked from when the sun went down until it came back up!
• 2. We filmed the end of the movie during our first week of filming.
• 3. I was attracted to this film due to the emotional and physical demand of my character Megan.
• 4. I was covered in so many bruises from my stunts, that our makeup department actually had to cover some of them or ended up using them, so no fake makeup bruises were required
• 5. Our cast and crew became family. I loved reuniting with Anthony Lemke who was on “Good Witch” with me and I’m so thankful to now be able to call Natalie, Justin, Kiana, Alex and Jahmil my friends. We never left each other’s side the entire shoot!

The Night Before Halloween premieres Saturday, October 29th @ 9PM ET/PT on Syfy.
