Cara Delevingne Slams Body-Shaming Article That Called Her 'Bloated'

Cara Delevingne has no patience for body-shaming and she has slammed an article that says she was “bloated” and rejected from walking in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show because of it.

The 24-year-old model-turned-actress received an open letter from Ed Razek, the executive producer of the show, that said she was actually the first model invited to walk in the show! She shared the letter on Instagram to shoot down all the rumors.

“It’s shameless to discuss women’s bodies just to sell papers #bloated,” Cara captioned the photo of the letter.

“Contrary to The Sun‘s claims, which they never bothered to fact check with me, Victoria’s Secret made every effort to have you in the London show. I know, because I was the one making the effort,” Ed writes in the letter. “As a matter of fact, you were the first person invited, months ahead of anyone else.”

Ed explained that Cara couldn’t walk in the show as she was shooting her movie Paper Towns in North Carolina and he invited her to appear in this year’s show later this month.
