This is Why 'Teen Wolf' is Finally Focusing on the Stiles & Lydia Relationship

It only took six seasons, but it looks like we’re finally going to get the Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) and Lydia (Holland Roden) relationship play out (in some way) on Teen Wolf.

Well, that’s if we get Stiles back from those Ghost Riders sometime soon…

So why did the show decide to explore the Stydia dynamic now?

“It was partly that we knew that these would be the last 20 episodes,” Showrunner Jeff Davis told ScreenerTV.com. “It’s the final season, and a lot of it is thinking, ‘Okay, what are the things we haven’t done? What are the relationships that haven’t really gone there yet? Should we go there? Should we go for it?”
