VIDEO: Louis Tomlinson Performs 'Just Hold On' on 'Tonight Show'

Louis Tomlinson and Steve Aoki made their US television debut of “Just Hold On” last night!

The two entertainers performed the hit while making an appearance on The Tonight Show on Tuesday (January 24) in New York.

The following day, Louis opened up about One Direction‘s fans welcoming Steve into the family.

“The One Direction fans have said that they’ve adopted [Steve] now,” Louis explained to Music Choice.

Steve added, “They’ve adopted me. I’m part of the family. They’re incredible, just the 1D fans, the Louis Tomlinson fans. They’re the definition of what a fan is.”
