Maia Mitchell Dines Out with BFF Alycia Debnam-Carey in LA

Alycia Debnam-Carey sort of hides behind BFF Maia Mitchell after dining out together in Los Angeles on Friday night (March 3).

The two Aussie actresses grabbed a bite to eat together at Catch restaurant before heading out.

“I think at the core of everything has been her journey about accepting love and accepting that she has worth, that she is loved and that she deserves happiness,” Maia told JJJ recently about Callie’s hurdles on The Fosters.

She adds, “I think a lot of the times when you see her really spiraling, it’s triggered by her inability to accept that. It’s an ongoing thing. She’s been in countless foster homes, she’s been abused physically and sexually; she’s lost parents, she’s been through a lot.”
