EXCLUSIVE: Andi Mack's Peyton Elizabeth Lee Dishes On The Show's Friendships

When Andi Mack premieres on Disney Channel next month, the first thing you are going to learn is that friendship is a big part of the show.

Star Peyton Elizabeth Lee spoke to JJJ about the friendship between Andi, Buffy and Cyrus, saying it’s “incredibly important” to the series.

“Buffy and Cyrus are incredibly important to Andi growing as a person,” she says. “They are her support group. They’re her esteem team. She really needs them and they need her.”

Peyton added, “The show is great because it celebrates friendship and emphasizes the importance of good friends.”
