Bella Thorne Called Charlie Puth Over Cheating Rumors

Remember that time people thought Bella Thorne and Charlie Puth were dating for like five seconds?

They were, after all, flirting up a storm last September and then smooching on the beach in early December.

But then things seemed to go bad really quick.

In a series of tweets, Charlie seemed to call out Bella for cheating on Tyler Posey with him.

Bella immediately clarified that she and Tyler had been broken up when she started hanging out with Charlie. And, besides, she and Charlie were not seriously dating.

Now, Bella is opening up even more about that nightmare that situation caused.

“When you’re the most hated person on the internet, then it’s not so fun,” Bella told Harper’s Bazaar in her new cover story.

“Charlie thought I was spending the holiday with Tyler and he tweeted all this s–t making me look like a cheater,” Bella explained. “I had to basically bang down his door, calling him like ‘what the f–k are these tweets?’”

Charlie apologized, according to the story.

And then she addressed people who question right to date, in the first place. “I’m a woman, I have the right to date around,” she said, and that’s so true. “If I want to go out with you I can, and if I don’t, I’m not going to.”
