Kylie Jenner hits the red carpet as she arrives at the grand opening of Sugar Factory American Brasserie on Saturday night (April 22) at the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas.
The 19-year-old TV personality looked chic in a mini, silver-striped skirt and heels for the event.
