Selena Gomez on '13 Reasons Why' Season Two: 'There Will Be Resolution & Repercussion'

Selena Gomez sounds even more ready for 13 Reasons Why season two than anyone else.

The executive producer on the Netflix series, she opened up more about the future episodes in a radio interview this past week.

“It’s a very difficult and complicated story to tell,” Selena says. “It is a book, and in a way, it did have this thriller aspect of it that was really heartbreaking and it’s uncomfortable.”

She shared specifically about the new season, which will premiere in 2018, “I think for season two, a lot of those questions get answers. There’s going to be a lot of resolution. There’s going to be a lot of repercussions…I’m very proud of the project.”

Selena adds, “I think it was a really intense thing that we did, but I’m proud of it and I think season two will be even better.”
