Harry Potter's Oliver Phelps Had His 'Pinch Me' Moment During the First Table Read

Sometimes, you just know when magic is going to happen — which we figure that happened a lot on the set of Harry Potter.

Oliver Phelps, aka George Weasley, definitely had that moment — at at the first table read, no less!

In a recent interview, he opens up about all his “pinch me” moments he experienced and a few things the fans don’t know.

“I remember instantly, the first time we did the read-through. For me, that was one of the funniest bits to sit there and think, ‘Wow, we’re actually doing this.’ That was cool,” he shared.

Oliver adds, “In terms of stuff you don’t realize, there’s just lots of stuff. Playing football in the Great Hall, which I’m sure Warner Bros. wouldn’t like me talking about. Playing cricket on Privet Drive and things like that.”

Happy 20th Anniversary, Harry Potter!
