Taylor Swift Sends Super Fan Russell Westbrook Congrats Video For Winning NBA MVP - Watch!

One of Taylor Swift‘s biggest fans happens to have just won NBA MVP and she had to say congratulations!

Russell Westbrook, who is a player for Oklahoma City Thunder, was given the coveted title at the NBA Awards and got a hilarious shout out from Taylor.

“I was the one who taught you how to play basketball…I remember the first time you beat me at basketball. I was very upset and you said ‘You just have to shake it off.’ And I had an idea…” Taylor joked in a video.

She added, “So essentially we have each other to thank for these careers!”

Later in the video, Taylor revealed that the story was fake and the two have actually never met but she sent Russell all her congratulations!
