Emeraude Toubia Dishes On How Stressful Social Media Can Really Be

Emeraude Toubia is one of the celebrities that JJJ loves to follow on social media.

The Shadowhunters star is always off on a gorgeous trip somewhere, or showing us what’s going on BTS of her hit Freeform show — but sometimes, she has to step away.

“Right now social media is a lot of pressure for the artist,” Emeraude told EOnline in a recent interview. “You kind of always have to be posting, and you kind of want to stay on top of it so that everyone on there can see all of the beautiful things that you’re experiencing.”

But for couple hours a day, she has to put her phone aside.

“It’s all so consuming. But I do have a platform, and I want to share all of the amazing things that I’m living with all of those around me.”

We totally understand this. Being online all the time gets stressful, and stepping away is a good thing.
