Everyone Calls Katherine McNamara 'Grandma' On The Set of 'Shadowhunters'

To us, Katherine McNamara only has one nickname — Kat.

However, it seems on the Shadowhunters set, she has another: Grandma.

Speaking to Prune magazine, Katherine says that the cast absolutely, 100% call her grandma there.

“Some fans may know this about me already, but the cast loves to call me Grandma,” she revealed, and the nickname is warranted too.

Because of this: “I bake and I always have a big purse with hand sanitizer, cough drops, and anything else that anyone would need.”

Next time we need a lozenge, we’re calling up Kat!
