Raven Symone Opens Up About How Raven & Devon Will Make It Work on 'Raven's Home'

Raven Symone has just three days until the premiere of her new show, Raven’s Home.

Speaking with MTV, the actress opened up about bringing Jonathan McDaniel back and how their characters make their family work as a divorced couple.

“I like the relationship that Devon and Raven have right now,” she shared. “He’s very involved in the kids’ life. He’s right there. He’s successful in his own way. Things are changing, and it’s OK.”

Issac Ryan Brown, who plays the couple’s son Booker, also opened up about his own relationship with Devon.

“I feel like [Booker and Devon's] relationship is similar to his and Raven’s relationship because Booker always brings that fun, kind of annoying attitude to the party, and everyone’s just got to love him,” he says.

Raven’s Home premieres Friday, July 21st on Disney Channel.
