Lucy Hale Reveals All The Meanings Behind Her Tattoos

We can name at least five of Lucy Hale‘s tattoos that we already knew about — but we didn’t know she had more!

The Life Sentence actress recently chatted with Refinery29 about all her ink she has, courtesy of tattoo artist to the stars, Dr. Woo.

“My first tattoo I ever got was a bow from Dr. Woo, before he was Dr. Woo,” Lucy jokes.

She adds, “My most recent tattoo was from Dr. Woo, there’s still makeup on it [from filming this week], but it’s a lightbulb. The meaning of my name is light, so I actually have a light tattooed, too, that Dr. Woo did years ago.”

Another one that Lucy has is a tiny sun, a C.S. Lewis quote on her rib cage and a moon.

“I got with my sister in honor of our grandmother…I have a moon I got recently, no meaning, I just wanted it,” Lucy adds; and also “a bible quote.”

Her latest? “I have an eye that Dr. Woo just did. It’s the evil eye to ward off evil. I like tattoos.”
