'Modern Family' Could End With A 'Big Family Event' & Sarah Hyland Likes This One
We hate to be the bearer of bad news — but word on the street is that Modern Family might be ending with season 10.
We know, we know — that’s only two more seasons left, and JJJ is just as upset about it as you are — BUT, there’s a silver lining here.
Showrunner Steve Levitan spoke with Deadline about how he envisioned it would all end, and this is what he said: “We haven’t had that exact conversation yet how we want to end the show episode-wise. We’ve talked about areas that we want to go and tonally what we want to do. I think we will end the show the way we started it in the pilot, with a big family event.”
So, what type of big family event? Something like Alex graduating college early, or even Luke going to college?
Or what about our favorite: Andy coming back from Utah to be with and possibly marry Haley?
Want to know who else is in for that? Sarah Hyland!
Sarah re-tweeted one fans’ tweet about Andy and Haley being endgame, and if this doesn’t happen now, we’re going to be majorly pissed.
TELL JJJ: What do you hope the “big family event” is for Modern Family‘s end?
HALEY ???? AND ???? ANDY ???? BEING ???? ENDGAME ????AF, pls. Will accept nothing less. @Sarah_Hyland https://t.co/9lWU7fcWhL
