Taylor Swift Testifies in Court During Groping Trial - Read Here

Taylor Swift has testified in court today during her trial against former Colorado DJ David Mueller, who she alleges groped her during a photo opp.

During her testimony, Taylor revealed all that went down during the photo opp and refused to take blame for the former DJ’s choice to grab her “bare ass.”

“It was a definite grab. A very long grab…I don’t think it would be wise to estimate time in court, but I know it was long enough for me to be completely sure that it was intentional,” Taylor told David‘s attorney on the stand (via E! News).

“He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek… I felt him grab onto my ass cheek underneath my skirt. The first couple of milliseconds I thought it must be a mistake, so I moved to the side very quickly so that his side would be removed from my ass cheek, but it didn’t let go,” she continued.

“It was a very shocking thing that has never happened to me before. This was not something I had ever dealt with. I got as far away from him as I possibly could,” Taylor continued.

Taylor‘s mom took the stand the day before and broke down discussing what happened to her daughter.

Later, Taylor was asked why the front of her skirt was unruffled in the photo if the DJ’s hand was on her butt and Taylor responded, “Because my ass is located on the back of my body.” The lawyer then said Taylor could have taken a break if she was so taken aback by what happened, and she responded, “Your client could have taken a normal photo with me.”

“I am not going to allow you or your client to make it seem like this is in anyway my fault, because it isn’t,” she continued. “He did not touch my rib, he did not touch my arm, he did not touch my hand, he grabbed my bare ass.”

“What Mr. Mueller did was, like I said, very intentional, and the location was very intentional,” Taylor said when asked if she had prompted her bodyguard for help during the moment. “And I wasn’t going to blame [my bodyguard] Greg Dent�none of us expected this to happen. It had never happened before.”
