Happy birthday Joe Jonas!

The DNCE singer turns 28 today, and his former Jonas Brothers bandmates (and, you know, brothers) are celebrating.

“It’s his birthday where he is in the world already so… Cheers to my incredible big brother and best friend,” Nick penned on Instagram with a picture of Joe reclining on a boat. “The world is a better place with you in it. Happy birthday love you @joejonas.”

Kevin kept it simple.

“Happy birthday @joejonas love you brother,” he wrote, with a picture of Joe holding his fluffy dog.

While all three brothers have gone in remarkably different directions in their careers, it’s heartening to know that they will always have each other’s backs and stay a family.
