Demi Lovato is Revealing More of Herself in Upcoming Documentary: 'It's Scary'

Demi Lovato‘s upcoming documentary on Youtube promises to reveal more of herself than she has previously shown her fans.

“It’s scary for sure,” the “Sexy Dirty Love” singer told Entertainment! Tonight in an interview. “I talk about a lot of things that I haven’t talked about in interviews.”

One of those things may be in regards to her sexuality, which she has intentionally kept from the press in an effort to control her own narrative.

Demi also opens up about her song “You Don’t Do It For Me Anymore,” written for her old self.

“As a song for me it has a double meaning,” she continued. “I’m breaking up with my old self, and my addiction, and my alcoholism, not going back to those old ways that I always resorted to because it doesn’t do it for me anymore.

“I used to feel sorry for myself now I have a different perspective on life where I’m feeling grateful and happy and I’m just in a totally different place.”

Demi‘s documentary will be released on YouTube on October 12.
