Tyler Posey Joins 'Scream' Reboot As High School Dropout Shane

Tyler Posey is sticking around at MTV.

The former Teen Wolf star will be joining MTV’s reboot of Scream, opposite Keke Palmer.

Tyler will portray Shane, a high school dropout, THR reports.

Shane is “a drug dealer and party promoter who is always hustling in order to make money. But beneath that exterior, there’s more to Shane than anyone realizes.”

Scream centers on Deion Elliot (RJ Cyler), a local star running back whose tragic past comes back to haunt him at the worst time, threatening his hard-earned plans for his future – and the lives of his unlikely group of friends.
