Will Dove Cameron Play Ghost Spider on 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'?

News broke this morning that Dove Cameron had joined Marvel’s brand new animated series, Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors as Ghost Spider, aka Spider Gwen.

Just a few weeks ago, the actress alluded to the fact that she’d also be joining Marvel’s live action series, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. — so will she be playing Ghost Spider there too?

It could be possible — as Chloe Bennet, who plays Daisy/Quake on the live action show, will also be voicing the same character in Secret Warriors, AND Milana Vayntrub will be voicing Squirrel Girl.

Milana was cast as the live action character as well.

With this kind of pattern, it’s not too outrageous to suggest that Ghost Spider is the character Dove could be playing, even though it’s being kept underwraps by Marvel and Agents‘ showrunners.

Also, let’s not forget that Dove first voiced the character on Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man VS. The Sinister 6.
