Yara Shahidi Can't Wait To Attend Harvard University

Yara Shahidi is very much looking to kicking off her career at Harvard University.

If you remember, the grown-ish actress was accepted to the prestigious university earlier this year, but will be taking a gap year to focus on her new Freeform show.

Speaking with US Weekly, Yara opened up about her eagerness to hit the campus.

“I am so excited for the classes, and I know that sounds like, ‘Oh goodness she’s a nerd.’ I am,” Yara shared.

She adds, “Honestly, I think to be in an environment, which people for the most part actually want to be there to learn, that’s [what] I’m looking forward to. I’m looking forward to just generally expanding.”
