Noah Cyrus stuns in a deep blue dress on the cover of Seventeen‘s annual Prom issue, on newsstands December 26th.

The “Again” hitmaker opened up to the glossy about her dream prom look, going with a group of friends instead of a guy, and just which sister she’d take to prom.

“Both Miley and Brandi would be so fun,” Noah says, “But the most fun would probably be Brandi.”

She adds that he eldest sis “loves a good party, she loves dance floors, and she’s the most fun person ever.”
