OlderShawn Mendes Wraps Up 'Illuminate' World Tour, Thanks Fans For Incredible Year
Shawn Mendes is officially done with the Illuminate World Tour!
“Can’t believe the Illuminate world tour [is] officially over. Thank you so much for the most incredible year of my life. I love you guys… X,” the 19-year-old singer wrote on social media with a video. Watch below!
Shawn embarked on a 61-city world tour, with stops in North and South America, Europe, Australia, and ending in Asia, only canceling one show in Mexico due to the earthquake.
He performed a slew of songs from his debut album Handwritten, as well as songs from Illuminate. James TW, Charlie Puth, and Julia Michaels all served as opening acts throughout the tour.
