We all have big beauty regrets — but Nina Dobrev has one of the biggest ones ever.
The Flatliners actress spoke to People Style about all of her beauty secrets and regrets in a new video.
“I have pretty wavy, curly hair,” she started about her biggest beauty blunder. “In high school, I didn’t know what to do with it. Straightening it was what we all did, my girl friends and I, but we weren’t allowed to straighten our hair, but that didn’t stop [us].”
It actually didn’t — so, they did the next best thing to achieve that straight hair look.
“I would grab my mom’s iron – like clothing iron – and we’d put a towel down on the counter.”
Essentially, Nina‘s hair was fried!
“There’s [also] a part of you that it can’t reach, so there would always be a line,” she adds to her story.
Seriously, don’t ever ever ever do this!
