Zendaya Would Return To Disney Channel To Produce Another Show

Zendaya might have said goodbye to K.C. Undercover over the weekend, but she’s not ruling out returning to the channel again one day — behind the camera, that is.

In another featurette shared by Entertainment Weekly, the actress and producer opened up about working with Disney again one day as just a producer.

“I definitely want to maybe produce another show with Disney Channel, maybe develop something or create more stories that I think are powerful roles — especially for women and women of color,” she says.

Zendaya adds, “I think it’s important that young people see themselves on the screen and are able to relate to that.”

We’ll definitely be ready for another Zendaya-produced project in the future.
