It looks like Dominic Sherwood has a new girlfriend — model Niamh Adkins!

The Shadowhunters star celebrated his 28th birthday earlier this week and Niamh, a British and South African model, celebrated it online with a cute pic of the two kissing from a recent tropical vacation.
