OG 'Kim Possible' Christy Carlson Romano Weighs In On Live-Action Movie

For five years, Christy Carlson Romano was the voice of Kim Possible, which was a staple in all of our lives.

With the announcement that the live action movie being in development from Disney Channel, the actress has an idea who should play her — her daughter Isabella! However, she’s only a year old.

Speaking with ET, Christy did open up about voicing the iconic character and her thoughts about the movie.

“I was so honored to be able to bring this strong, positive character to life and am excited to see her empowering message influence a new generation,” she says. “That said, as an artist, there’s always a part of you that wants to stay connected to the character you helped originate.”

“I’m hopeful they’ll do right by Kim and my legacy,” Christy added.

So, could Christy be a part of the movie? She’s not saying no!

“I’d, of course, consider being involved if the circumstances were right.”

Obviously the next Kim Possible! 😉 #kimpossible #girlpower #ccr
