'Vampire Diaries' EP Julie Plec Joins 'Roswell' Reboot

Roswell is getting a big name added to it’s creative team – Julie Plec!

The producer and writer will be joining the show as an executive producer if the show gets picked up to series, and she will also direct the pilot episode, according to EW.

Julie is most well known for being the executive producer on The Vampire Diaries, as well as creating the spin off The Originals. She has also recently directed an episode of Riverdale.

Roswell is based off of the “Roswell High” book series by Melinda Metz. Find out more about the show here!
