Zana just released her new music video for “Call Ya” and you need to see it!
The up-and-coming songstress chatted with JJJ exclusively about how she created the song and the empowering message in the music video.
“When I first wrote ‘Call Ya’ about a year ago, I knew I wanted a specific sound for the song and I knew we had that after I brought it to my friend Big Len. He produced this dope beat around my vocal and guitar track and I convinced him to add the finishing touch by playing trumpet on it,” Zana explained.
She aded, “Eventually it grew into this magical project that we both completely fell in love with. It was a long process but now I finally get to share my song ‘Call Ya’ and its music video which tells the story of a girl finding her power and recognizing her worth.”
