Zayn Malik & Gigi Hadid Confirm Break Up Rumors on Twitter

Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have broken up after two years ago, the couple confirms.

The 25-year-old musician and 22-year-old model addressed the rumors going around on the internet today on Twitter.

“Gigi and I had an incredibly meaningful, loving and fun relationship and I have a huge amount of respect and adoration for Gigi as a woman and friend,” Zayn wrote. “She has such an incredible soul.”

He continues, “I’m grateful to all of our fans for respecting this difficult decision and our privacy at this time; we wish this news could have come from us first. We love you all. xZ.”

Zayn and Gigi got together shortly after she got out of a relationship with Joe Jonas in 2015. Zayn was previously engaged to Little Mix‘s Perrie Edwards.
