'Riverdale' EP on 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' Crossover: 'You Never Know, Maybe'

Still holding out hope for a Riverdale and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina crossover like us?

EP Jon Goldwater talked about the possibility or lack thereof of that happening, and it’s giving us a little more hope than previous statements.

“Right now, we’re not thinking about that,” he told TV Line. “They’re two separate entities for right now.”

“[I] would love it if they could figure out a way to cross over,” he admitted. “Going forward? You never know. Maybe.”

“Roberto [Aguirre-Sacasa] is brilliant at figuring out when to put in what characters, so he has the whole library to choose from,” he concluded. “So whatever he feels is the right time and the right moment, I’m totally good with it.”

CW boss Mark Pedowitz has also previously stated that there are no plans yet for a crossover. Fingers crossed!
