13 Reasons Why's Ajiona Alexus Talks How The Polaroids Will Fuel The Story in Season 2

Brandon Flynn gives Ajiona Alexus a hug in this behind-the-scenes pic from the new season of 13 Reasons Why.

The new season goes live on Netflix on Friday, May 18th, and Ajiona opened up more about what fans can expect from the series and just what the polaroids mean for Liberty High.

“Like they say, there’s always two sides, and in this case, 13 sides, to a story,” she shared with IBT Times. “They’re going to show you people telling different parts of where they’re coming from and where they were at certain situations and how it affected them and how they envision things were happening at the time when they happened.”

The polaroids are going to be a big part of the story, especially when they contradict everything that the characters are saying.

“The photos are definitely, a hundred percent, kind of leading the show, in a way,” Ajiona adds. “They’re going to show you things that expose the truth, ‘cause like they say, pictures can’t really lie.”

“He [Tyler] captured so many moments from behind-the-scenes that people didn’t think was happening or being seen.”
