She rocked a denim jacket over a green dress with white polka-dots, completing her look with matching green and white sneakers and a straw bag, and styling her hair into a side braid.

She greeted a male acquaintance with a hug on her way inside.

Last week, Dakota was in New York City while repping her show The Alienist at the Turner Upfronts alongside her co-stars Luke Evans and Daniel Bruhl.
