Shay Mitchell Shares Special 'Pretty Little Liars' Note For Throwback Thursday

Throwback Thursdays are our favorite – especially when we get gems like the one Shay Mitchell just did.

The 31-year-old actress, who played Emily Fields on Pretty Little Liars, snapped a pic of a precious note she got after booking the role.

“Here are the first two ‘Pretty Little Liars’ books and the next five in the series will be waiting for you when you get home,” the note reads. “None of them are required reading, but we wanted to congratulate you on becoming one of our pretty little liars and welcome you to the family.”

The note, from Alloy Entertainment’s Bob Levy and Leslie Morgenstein, finishes out: “Break a leg!”
