'The Originals' EP Teases Klaroline Will Have Closure On Their Relationship

We all know that Klaroline is endgame on The Originals – we mean, we’ve seen the spoilery pics.

Consulting producer Jeffrey Lieber is just giving us more details about what’s ahead on the series for Caroline and Klaus and we’re here for it.

“Throughout the rest of the season, [Caroline] is there to try and make peace with their relationship,” he shared with TV Guide of where their relationship will be headed next. “The season finale is really fantastic and closes a lot of things up in a way that allows you to have some sense of closure.”

Closure could mean a lot of things, too.

He adds that “we’re going to continue down the road we have with her this season, which is to allow her to be part of the ongoing plots and the ongoing troubles that Klaus is in, but also to continue to try to come to some level of peace with where they’ve been and where they’re going.”

The Originals airs Wednesdays on The CW.
