Cole Sprouse Dishes on Betty Becoming Jughead's 'Serpent Queen' on 'Riverdale'

We’re quite a way aways from Riverdale returning for its’ upcoming third season, however, we just got a little scoop on what’s to come for (mostly) everyone’s fave couple, Bughead.

Cole Sprouse chatted with TVLine about the future of the twosome and just what’s to come after Jughead asked Betty to be his serpent queen in the season two finale.

“They’re teenagers, so we have to tread carefully into that,” Cole shared about his ask almost mirroring a proposal of sorts. “But they’re each other’s biggest allies, and they’re quite a support group.”

He adds, “It’s a nice way of ushering Betty and Jughead’s world into the Serpents.”
