Lucy Hale stuns on the black carpet as she arrives at Variety and Women’s Pre-Emmy Celebration on Saturday night (September 15) at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 29-year-old former Pretty Little Liars star looked pretty in a white-striped dress and white heels as she she stepped out for the party.
