The 24-year-old singer and the 21-year-old model were spotted packing on the PDA while walking through a park on Monday (September 17) in London, England.

Hailey is in town for her Falcon show with adidas during London Fashion Week and Justin is there for support!

The engaged couple were spotted at a Starbucks shop over the weekend in New York City before jetting across the pond.
