Hayley Kiyoko Watches Fans Get Engaged Again At Her Manchester Concert

Hayley Kiyoko lets the pride flag fly on stage while performing on her Expectations European Tour held at O2 Academy Islington on Tuesday night (October 23) in London, England.

The next night, the 23-year-old singer took her show to Manchester Academy – where backstage, she saw two fans get engaged again!

YouTuber Jesy Rae-Smith proposed to her girlfriend Frankie Phillips earlier this year, but Frankie decided to propose to Jesy at the concert, right in front of Hayley.

“Hang on, we’re having a moment here,” Hayley is heard saying in the video, stopping staff from interrupting the moment.
