The 20-year-old American Idol winner appeared on the show on Friday morning (November 16) in New York City.

During the program, Maddie helped announce the first contestant of the upcoming season of American Idol!
Meghan Woods was chosen by America after they saw her and two other aspiring singers perform on Dancing With The Stars the night before. Fans submitted their votes and now Meghan is heading straight to Hollywood when the show kicks off!
