Lucy Hale heads back to her car with BFF Annie Breiter after picking up a coffee to go from her favorite spot in Los Angeles on Thursday (November 22).

The two friends were seen picking up some Thanksgiving Day food supplies just the day before as they hosted an amazing Friendsgiving event.
