Jake T. Austin Gets Sweet Birthday Wishes From Girlfriend Danielle Ceaser

Jake T. Austin just celebrated his 24th birthday this week and got the sweetest birthday wish from his longtime girlfriend, Danielle Ceaser.

“Everyday with you is special, but today is your day! Happy birthday baby,” Danielle wrote on Instagram with a cute pic of the two together.

He wrote back to her, returning the sweet thoughts: “I love you to the moon and back baby. Thank you for making my birthday a day to remember.”

Jake and Danielle actually just celebrated their three year anniversary and took a trip to Jamaica for the occasion.
