YouTube's Rewind 2018 Video Is The Most Disliked Video Ever!

YouTube‘s annual rewind video is a yearly tradition that we all look forward to – however, this year’s did just not resonate with viewers.

Since its’ premiere last week, the video has amassed over 10 million DISLIKES – that’s actually the most dislikes of any video on the platform. It beat out Justin Bieber‘s “Baby” video, which currently stands at 9.8 dislikes.

The video featured over 100 of YouTube’s top creators, including Liza Koshy, a skating cowboy Adam Rippon, Merrell Twins, plus Will Smith, LaurDIY, Lele Pons, Rudy Mancuso, and many more.

Could the reason for the failure be because the controversial creators – like PewDiePie, or Logan Paul – weren’t in the video?

“I remember [when] Rewind was something that, it seemed at least, like an homage to the creators that year,” PewDiePie shared in a reaction video to Rewind. “Now I’m almost glad I’m not in it, because it’s such a cringe-y video at this point. It’s so disconnected with the community and its creators.”
