OlderDemi Lovato Deletes Her Twitter - Find Out Why
Demi Lovato has decided to delete her Twitter account.
Th 26-year-old singer’s Twitter account went dark on Sunday night (February 3) after a comment she made about 21 Savage received some backlash.
“So far 21 savage memes have been my favorite part of the Super Bowl,” Demi tweeted during the 2019 Super Bowl.
Demi‘s tweet was in reference to the 26-year-old rapper being arrested by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) for reportedly overstaying his visa. He now faces the possibility of deportation.
People immediately started calling her out, prompting Demi to also tweet, “If you’re gonna come at me for making a joke, try coming at me with some original not involving drugs.”
Shortly aftwards, Demi also tweeted, “F–k Twitter. This is why I don’t tweet anymore” before deactivating her account.
