The 26-year-old “One Call Away” singer took to Instagram on Valentine’s Day to share a super sweet photo while cuddling up to the 18-year-old singer.

Fans first started to believe that they were after they were photographed attending the Coach Fashion Show together on Tuesday (February 12) in New York City.
