Justin Bieber is stepping out and looking good!

The 24-year-old “What Do You Mean?” singer was spotted out and about wearing a smiley face shirt on Wednesday (February 13) in New York City.

Justin was seen heading to an office building, and appeared to be in good spirits alongside his pastor Carl Lentz while wearing merch from his new Drew brand.

His wife, Hailey Bieber, recently opened up about taking Justin’s last name after marriage.

“It took some getting used to, for sure. It’s definitely strange, it takes adjusting,” she said.
